Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support a manufacturing project through the final design, installation, commissioning, and startup phases. The ideal candidate will have experience in process engineering, capital projects, and equipment implementation within a manufacturing environment.

Title: Process Engineer
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities

• Support process design and project planning during the final design phase.
• Develop and review process and equipment specifications.
• Prepare and maintain engineering and project documentation.
• Support equipment installation and commissioning activities.
• Assist with startup, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and resolve process and equipment-related issues during startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process engineering; food or beverage industry experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting capital projects from design through startup.
• Strong understanding of process design, equipment implementation, and commissioning.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
