Summary

Looking for an experienced Process Engineer to support technology transfer, manufacturing operations, and engineering projects in a biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment. Must have experience with TFF filtration, equipment qualification, and process validation.

Job Duties

• Lead technology transfer between manufacturing sites.
• Support multiproduct manufacturing and process improvements.
• Provide technical expertise in TFF filtration and equipment qualification.
• Support new product and manufacturing process implementation.
• Prepare engineering protocols, change controls, and technical reports.
• Execute equipment and process validation activities.
• Use statistical methods and data analysis for process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 5 7 years of experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or life sciences.
• Strong experience in technology transfer.
• Hands-on TFF (Tangential Flow Filtration) experience.
• Experience with equipment design, qualification, and process validation.
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO 9001 environments.
• Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks/CAD and MS Office.

Pay Scale

Anticipated hourly pay range: 65/hr to $70/hr. (Depends on Experience)
