    We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Process Engineer for AI server repair.

    Role and Responsibilities

    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for AI servers, GPU systems, networking equipment, storage platforms, and other high-performance computing products, ensuring process, tooling, documentation, training, and operational readiness requirements are completed before launch.
    • Develop, implement, validate, and continuously improve repair processes to maximize throughput, first-pass yield, quality, and turnaround time.
    • Analyze repair and production data to identify failure trends, process variation, bottlenecks, repeat defects, quality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain standardized repair process, work instructions, process documentation, and visual aids to ensure consistent and repeatable repair execution.
    • Facilitate Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, cost reduction, material flow, space utilization, and repair cycle-time reduction.
    • Develop capacity models and assist with labor, equipment, tooling, workstation, and facility requirements associated with new products and customer demand.
    • Evaluate workstation layouts, material flow, equipment placement, repair cell configurations, and facility utilization to improve operational efficiency and ergonomics.
    • Develop and maintain process metrics and KPI dashboards, including throughput, turnaround time, first-pass yield, repair yield, rework, labor efficiency, capacity utilization, and process adherence, presenting results to internal and customer leadership
    • Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for recurring repair failures, process defects, quality issues, and customer escalations.
    • Evaluate opportunities to automate manual repair, inspection, testing, material handling, data collection, and reporting activities.
    • Support engineering technicians and repair operations with technical troubleshooting, process clarification, and implementation of engineering changes.
    • Ensure process documentation and departmental activities comply with ISO 9001 and applicable customer, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support customer and internal audits by providing process documentation, performance data, training records, and corrective-action information.
    • Mentor technicians, junior engineers, and other assigned personnel in standardized work, problem-solving, Lean principles, and process improvement methodologies.
    • Perform other duties and special projects as required to support business objectives.

    Education, Training and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline required.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, repair engineering, electronics manufacturing, or a similar technical operations environment.
    • Experience with AI servers, GPU systems, enterprise computing, data center equipment, networking hardware, or other complex electronic systems preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience leading NPI, process development, production/repair readiness, and continuous improvement projects.
    • Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, process mapping, value-stream mapping, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
    • Experience developing standardized work, process flows, control plans, FMEA, process specifications, and work instructions.
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing and electronics repair processes, including material flow, workstation design, test processes, repair processes, and quality controls.
    • Experience using AutoCAD (or similar tools) for facility layouts, workstation layouts, process flow diagrams, equipment placement, and process documentation.
    • Strong data analysis capabilities with intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience developing KPI dashboards preferred.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver measurable results.
    • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical and process information effectively to engineers, technicians, operations personnel, customers, and senior leadership.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requirements in a high-growth environment.
    • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
