Education RequiredHigh School diploma with at least 2 years' experience in Manufacturing or QualityEducation PreferredBachelor's degree in engineering Additional Safety Training/Licensing/Personal Protection Requirements:Additional Information• Enforce the Quality Operating System and Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) process compliance • Update Dynamic Control Plan (DCP) and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), including special/critical characteristics (SC/CC) • Maintain document retention within FEDE (Client Engineering Design Environment) • Update department processes per corporate FAP/PTPs procedures • Support gage survey compliance, gage R&R compliance & other plant quality documentation • Conduct monthly DCP meetings to review key changes and observations, including SC/CC reviews • Responsible for providing departments with summary of DCP actions needed to close top performance and cost initiatives • Support Manage The Change (MTC) process with any necessary DCP updates • Update monthly FMA Health Charts • Work with VRT and department Process Engineers to develop and implement action plans • Ability to coach as necessary both salary and hourly.
