The role requires strong GD&T, machining, metallurgy, and process routing experience. You’ll also support heat treatment, plating, and aerospace-quality requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review customer blueprints and specifications.
• Create manufacturing travelers and process routings.
• Apply GD&T to manufacturing requirements.
• Define machining and fabrication steps.
• Specify heat treatment and plating requirements.
• Support metallurgy and material-processing decisions.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues.
• Ensure AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Maintain accurate process documentation.

What You'll Need

• Process engineering experience in aerospace or precision metal manufacturing.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience creating travelers or manufacturing routings.
• Knowledge of machining, metallurgy, and metal fabrication.
• Experience with heat treatment and plating.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001.
• Engineering, Metallurgy, or Manufacturing degree preferred.
