    Description

    Job Title: Process Engineer, EPMO
    Remote Work: Fully remote
    Duration: C2H or Perm (6 – 12 months)
    Location: Remote (Would like to avoid high-cost areas such as the Bay Area)

    Process Engineer (Industrial Engineer):
    Top Priority Profile: Industrial Engineer focused on business process optimization.
    What the manager wants:
    • Approximately 3+ years of experience (flexible for strong candidates)
    • Industrial Engineering background preferred
    • Process mapping and value-stream mapping expertise
    • Lean Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus)
    • Process improvement and operational efficiency experience
    • Data analysis and statistical analysis skills
    What they're NOT looking for:
    • Business Systems Analysts
    • Process analysts focused primarily on software requirements
    • IT process documentation specialists

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience establishing, refining, or maintaining process governance within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
    • Strong expertise in process mapping and modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and proficiency with process documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence).
    • Demonstrated capability to analyze complex technical workflows and implement measurable efficiency improvements across distributed teams.
    • Exceptional communication, facilitating, and stakeholder management skills with a history of driving change across multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean, CBPP, PMP) are preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
