Duties involve managing the economic and technical facets of operations, supporting equipment maintenance, improving existing processes, coordinating with colleagues, and training staff for new setups. The ideal candidate will direct engineering-production synergy for optimal equipment uptime, maintain fiscal discipline, and support environmental compliance. A Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and substantial chemical processing experience are prerequisites.
