The Role

As an R&D Engineer in our R&D team, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on multiple high-impact projects from various industries, helping to shape the future of innovation. Rather than focusing on a single project, you'll be part of a dynamic, changing environment where you'll collaborate with different companies on a wide variety of exciting and complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining laser systems at Goodfellow. In addition, they will handle prototyping opportunities, developing process parameters, programmes and documentation with the goal of progressing these opportunities into production. They will also be expected to stay current with applicable technologies and make recommendations for their integration and implementation.
