Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. A Master’s degree is highly valued.
3–7 years of relevant industry experience.
Hands-on laboratory experience with a strong emphasis on safety and experimental execution.
Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct experiments safely, with disciplined documentation and traceable data capture.
Familiarity with standard analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, Spectroscopy, imaging, and related methods.
Strong practical troubleshooting skills and comfort working in laboratory and pilot-plant settings.

Solid, in-depth Chemistry background with practical application experience.
