Process Engineer

American Custom Drying is an industry leader providing custom spray drying services to leading companies in the world. Our spray drying services are utilized in a variety of specialty products including flavors, nutraceuticals, vitamins, food ingredients, cosmetics, and soft chemicals.

The Process Engineer will be in the Engineering group but work closely with Quality, Production, and Maintenance. The focus of this role will be on production and process improvements in the Spray Dryers. 

Deliverables:

• Operate the Spray Dryers and make batches as needed.
• Create systems and processes aimed at increasing equipment uptime.
• Communicate any changes to procedures and ensure that workforce is trained accordingly.
• Assist with new product trials and scale up production.
• Manage paperwork associated with Spray Drying campaigns, both pre and post production
