Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is seeking a Seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to troubleshoot and optimize packaging equipment and Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) systems in an FDA-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot pharmaceutical packaging equipment and AVI machines.
• Conduct engineering tests and optimize equipment performance.
• Investigate recurring equipment and production issues.
• Document test results, engineering findings, and equipment changes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment experience.
• Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) systems.
• Equipment troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Engineering testing and technical documentation.
• GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing experience.

Preferred: Dividella, Pester, Cognex, Zebra, Domino, and TrackWise experience.
