Description

We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in industrial automation, robotics, and manufacturing process optimization to support automation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
 
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite)
Duration: 7-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $52.88/hr.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead automation and controls projects from concept through implementation.
  • Design, integrate, and optimize PLC, SCADA, robotics, and industrial control systems.
  • Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity, and automation.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, IT, and quality teams to implement manufacturing solutions.
  • Support capital projects, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or process engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial networking, and robotics.
  • Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Python scripting, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and process optimization.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and project leadership experience are a plus.
