Job Description
Review current manufacturing processes and identify practical opportunities to improve output and consistency. Develop and update process documentation to support clear, repeatable production methods. Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve process issues on the production floor. Analyze process data to identify trends and recommend actions that improve performance. Help introduce process changes and track results to confirm they meet operational needs. Support equipment and workflow improvements that reduce process variation. Document findings, recommendations, and process updates for internal stakeholders. Follow established engineering and manufacturing procedures while completing assigned projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related discipline. 5+ years of Process, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering experience. Experience with capital equipment implementation and process development. Strong background in root cause analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
