Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is a a Process Development Engineer with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to characterize assembly and packaging equipment, develop and execute protocols, troubleshoot equipment issues, and evaluate performance against URS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment and process characterization
• Protocol development, execution, and documentation
• DOE, parameter mapping, sampling, and statistical analysis
• Equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Technical reports and study summaries
• Commissioning, qualification, and manufacturing startup support
• Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Manufacturing teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Equipment & Process Characterization
• Protocol Development & Execution
• DOE & Statistical Analysis
• Root Cause Analysis
• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Technical Documentation

Preferred: Pharmaceutical/GMP experience and assembly or packaging equipment experience.
