Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Process Development / Components Engineer to support product and process development activities within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, components engineering, and medical device manufacturing, with hands-on experience working in California.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process development and optimization for medical device products.
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Provide engineering support for component selection, evaluation, and qualification.
- Participate in process validation, design verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 6 10 years of professional engineering experience.
- Minimum 12 months of recent work experience in California (CA).
- Strong experience in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on experience in Process Development and/or Components Engineering.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
