What You’ll Do
- Design, scale, and implement chemical processes that elevate production throughput and quality.
- Plan and execute experiments; analyze data to pinpoint efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly diagnose and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Champion safe operations and environmental stewardship by adhering to applicable regulations.
- Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and control plans.
- Contribute to new product and technology development initiatives.
- Provide hands-on technical training and support to production personnel.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in chemical process engineering.
- Background working with ceramics, epoxies, silicone, or metallurgic materials.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency with process simulation platforms and data analysis tools.
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator in fast-moving environments.
- Working knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to chemical operations.
