Job Description:
Intellectt Inc. is seeking a PCS Technical Lead to lead automation design, programming, system integration, testing, and qualification for a new pharmaceutical vial-filling and freeze-drying facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PLC, SCADA, and batch automation implementation.
• Review PLC/SCADA code and manage system integrators.
• Integrate OEM equipment, PLCs, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ, and support PQ activities.
• Manage software versions, backups, and change control.
• Prepare validation documentation and ensure GMP compliance.

Required Technical Skills

• Ignition SCADA
• Sepasoft Batch
• Rockwell ControlLogix / PlantPAx
• Ladder Logic and Sequential Function Charts (SFC)
• SQL, Historian, and IT/OT Networking
• FactoryTalk AssetCentre
• FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and CSV

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial automation experience.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing automation.
• Strong technical leadership and code-review experience.
• Experience with vial filling, freeze-drying, and pharmaceutical process equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5, USDA requirements, ISA-88, and ISA-95.
