Process Compliance Operator

This position will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure timely containment, root cause determination, corrective action implementation, and ongoing quality monitoring within machining, assembly, and test environments. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position would be responsible for supporting our daily quality activities through the identification, documentation, investigation, and resolution of product and process nonconformances. This position will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure timely containment, root cause determination, corrective action implementation, and ongoing quality monitoring within machining, assembly, and test environments.
