Summary
Seeking experienced Process Cell Owners to lead DeltaV automation and process controls for a large-scale pharmaceutical API and peptide manufacturing expansion supporting GLP-1 products. This role involves overseeing automation design, implementation, programming, and testing for assigned manufacturing areas.
Responsibilities
- Own automation and process controls for assigned manufacturing process cells.
- Review P&IDs, process designs, control strategies, and functional specifications.
- Oversee DeltaV programmers, configuration engineers, and testing teams.
- Manage automation design, implementation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and technical risks.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of automation activities.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Emerson DeltaV automation and process control systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical API or peptide manufacturing.
- Knowledge of P&IDs, process design, and control strategies.
- Experience overseeing DeltaV programming, configuration, and testing.
- Strong technical leadership and project coordination skills.
- Experience supporting large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing projects
