Process Business Analyst

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Process Business Analyst who will play a key role in managing and maturing the IT service catalog. This role focuses on onboarding new services, maintaining governance over existing catalog items, and driving continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate brings direct experience building out and managing an IT service catalog, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate across a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the AD, IT Standards to engage service owners and IT teams to onboard new services, define service offerings, and ensure compliance with governance and approval requirements.
  • Support the continued governance and maturation of existing catalog items, ensuring service definitions, taxonomy, and catalog entries remain accurate, standardized, and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Analyze and optimize service catalog processes and workflows, driving continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
  • Develop and monitor service catalog metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve data quality, increase service adoption, and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications

  • Direct experience executing the build-out and ongoing management of an IT service catalog.
  • Familiarity with industry-based frameworks such as ITIL and their application to service catalog governance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders within a matrix environment.

Compensation

$60-$65/hr - Dependent on fit and experience.
