    Training Information

    This is a full-time, permanent position. As part of your onboarding, you"ll participate in a comprehensive 5-week paid training program at one of our operating sites, which may be located 50+ miles from your permanent work location.     Key Job Responsibilities

    • Manage daily labor allocation, lead team meetings, and assign job duties with precision and empathy
    • Track performance metrics, verify standard operating procedures, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
    • Provide constructive feedback, coach team members on safety protocols, and facilitate professional growth
    • Oversee work area cleanliness, equipment readiness, and proactively address potential safety concerns
    • Provide backup support for area managers and maintain comprehensive understanding of workflow dynamics
