Provide very specialized knowledge of specific process and application expertise at the customer site Provide technical support to the sales force handle technical product application-related problems escalated from the field and work closely with salesKey Account management teams. Develop and implement guidelines regarding equipment and test methods consistent with best practices. Recommend and facilitate improvement initiatives and total cost of ownership projects. Generate reports and technical auditssurveys of product application and customer process related items as required. Comply with all Company Policies to include but not limited to Code of Conduct and expense reporting etc. Ownership of individual development plan IDP as agreed upon with direct line manager. Qualifications Bachelor s degree required in Chemistry Engineering or any relevant business related area andor technical certification. Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in area of focus MWFMetal etc. Required Skills and Competencies Customer Focus Dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.
