Job Title: Process Analyst
Location: Pensacola, FL

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews to understand workflows, dependencies, pain points, and business impacts.
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and understand current-state processes.
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps, flowcharts, and supporting documentation using process modeling best practices.
- Partner with business stakeholders to design and document new processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation including process maps and process narratives.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to address process-related issues and operational challenges.
- Support business process redesign initiatives by evaluating process performance, controls, handoffs, and automation opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, value assessments, and ROI analyses for process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement process changes.
- Support the implementation of approved process improvements and monitor effectiveness through performance metrics and reporting.
- Assist in benchmarking internal processes against industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize process modeling and workflow tools to visualize, communicate, and validate process designs.
- Participate in change management activities to support successful process adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Present findings, recommendations, and process improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership audiences.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or business analysis.
- Intermediate understanding of business and operating environment.
- Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience in process documentation and standardization.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Exposure to business case development and ROI modeling.
- Proficient in process improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in process modeling and workflow tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Understanding of change management principles.
- Knowledge of business requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs.
- Project management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent training, education, and experience.
- Desired Skills: Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Certified Lean Practitioner.
