Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Process Analyst for their Charlotte, NC/Atlanta, GA/Richmond, VA location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain business processes
• Facilitate process reviews, workshops, or working sessions with stakeholders
• Coordinate issue resolution and process escalations
• Identify opportunities for automation or simplification
• Ensure processes comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
• Design and recommend future-state processes.           

 
Requirements:

• Self-starter with the ability to identify, organize and complete tasks with limited direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to organize and push work forward
• Proficient in tracking performance metrics
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.                  
• Understanding of Data Management and Governance
• Understanding of banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
