Schedule: Monday - Thursday; Day shift; start times of 4:30am, 5:30am, and 6:30am

Summary:

The Problem Solve Specialist is responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving exceptions that disrupt the flow of freight within a high-volume sort center. This role ensures that mis-sorted, damaged, missing, or system-exception shipments are quickly analyzed and corrected to protect service levels and customer commitments.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or sort center operations.
• Experience handling exceptions, quality control, or inventory discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions in real time.
