Duration: 10-11 weeks

Mission
To act as the operational engine for outbound demand generation. You will be the "Owner of the How"—taking strategic visions for the lead lifecycle and turning them into documented workflows, technical requirements, and trained behaviors. This is a high-visibility role for a solutions-oriented professional who wants exposure to all areas of the organization, thrives on continuous learning, and wants to solve real-world problems that directly impact the company’s bottom line.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Administration (Jira & Salesforce)
  • Ticket Management: Responsible for the manual submission of Jira tickets based on project requirements. You will follow the ticket through its lifecycle, providing updates and ensuring the technical team stays on track.
  • SFDC Field Auditing: Assist in the manual check of Salesforce fields. You will ensure that "Upstream"data points (Marketing) are correctly appearing in the "Downstream"views (Sales) for every project.
  • Status Tracking: Keep a real-time pulse on project timelines and blockers, escalating issues to the Strategy Lead when necessary.
2. Documentation & Process Mapping (The "Source of Truth")
  • New Project Mapping: While the core Lead Lifecycle is documented, you will use Visio to map out newly created workflows for "Fuel the Funnel"and other emerging projects to ensure the team has a visual guide for every new initiative.
  • User Guides & SOPs: Write clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures. You turn complex technical logic into easy-to-follow instructions for Sales and Marketing users.
  • Deck Preparation: Support the creation of high-impact PowerPoint decks that visualize project goals, process changes, and data stats for internal leadership.
3. Data Hygiene & Troubleshooting Support
  • Targeted Outbound Data Cleanup: Assist the Strategy Lead and Product Owners in scrubbing identified problem areas specifically affecting Outbound Demand Generation success.
  • Solution Implementation & Facilitation: Once the Strategy Lead identifies a problem, you take the lead on the "manual lift"to fix it. You will coordinate and facilitate the necessary meetings, participate in brainstorming the solution, and then execute the follow-up—creating the documentation, user guides, and Jira tickets required to ensure our automated demand generation engine works smoothly.

The "Must-Haves"
  • The "Solution-First"Mindset: You believe there is always a solution. You are the person who finds the workaround when others say "it can't be done."You don't take "no"for an answer when it comes to technical or process blockers.
  • High Initiative: You are a self-starter who isn't afraid to jump into a new, undefined project and start building. You don't wait for a manual;you write it.
  • Reliability: You are the person who "gets it done"quickly and accurately without reminders.
  • Advanced Salesforce Knowledge: You are comfortable finding leads, building dashboards, and using Salesforce Inspector. You understand field dependencies and the downstream impact of data changes.
  • Organization: You can juggle multiple Jira tickets and documentation updates without losing track of the priority.
  • Technical Stack: Proficient in Salesforce, Visio, PowerPoint, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Jira.

Requirements
Education: 4-year degree in Business or Marketing required.
