a) Interviewing, examining, and providing medical services and treatment virtually through Employer-approved telehealth platforms to patients of the Employer, including, without limitation, patients referred from other physicians; Keeping and maintaining, or causing to be kept and maintained, appropriate records, reports, claims, and correspondence necessary and appropriate in connection with all professional services rendered by Physician under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, information on the medical services provided and financial information generated therefrom all in accordance with the Employer''s policies and protocols regarding medical records, claims preparation and utilization management; Participating in utilization management, quality improvement, risk management and other patient care management programs established by, or carried on for third party payors by, the Employer; Promoting, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable canons of medical ethics, the professional practice of the Employer and assisting in developing a fully integrated health care delivery system as a part of the BSWH System; Attending, to the extent reasonable and at a minimum to the extent necessary to abide by the Employer''s CME policies and the requirements of Physician''s medical board specialty, professional conventions, postgraduate seminars, and functions of professional societies necessary to maintain and improve Physician''s professional skills. Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
