    Responsibilities

    • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising PT
    • Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
    • Accurately document treatments and resident progress in Net Health
    • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
    • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

    Qualifications

    • Active Ohio PTA license
    • SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Dependable, flexible, and motivated clinician
    • Passion for helping residents achieve their highest level of function
