    We're a dynamic, patient-focused healthcare provider in Wildwood, FL, dedicated to enhancing our patients' quality of life through exceptional rehabilitation services. We're seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

    As a PRN PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans, support patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals, and help promote strength, mobility, and independence, all on a flexible, as-needed schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising PT
    • Provide hands-on patient care, including therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training
    • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
    • Educate patients and families on treatment techniques and recovery strategies
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment in line with safety and regulatory standards
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
    Qualifications:
    • Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current or eligible Florida PTA licensure
    • Previous clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    Schedule: PRN (as-needed), flexible scheduling based on facility needs
    Compensation: Competitive pay commensurate with experience
