We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Ortho Uro Specialist (OUS) to join our fast-paced Orthopedic & Urology Services team. Working alongside and under the supervision of an RN, you’ll provide hands-on patient care while gaining valuable experience in specialized orthopedic and urological procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Perform traction, cast care, splinting, and urology support
• Accurately document procedures and patient care
• Collaborate with RNs on appropriate delegation of care
• Educate patients and families on orthopedic and urological care
• Maintain supplies and assist with equipment checks and evaluations
• Complete annual OUS competencies and preceptor training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Required PCT training as assigned
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire
• Strong teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality patient care
