Performs a wide variety of coordinating and clerical duties with continuous collaboration to complete tasks accurately and efficiently . These duties include but are not limited to: professional and effective verbal and written communication with patients, providers, insurance representatives and other third parties as needed. Patient registration in accordance to Vitruvian and departmental registration process and systems. Managing multiple phone lines.  Accurate and timely charge entry into Vitruvian billing system as indicated, patient scheduling for multiple providers, faxing, filing, insurance verification and authorization as needed.  creation of new patient charts, and medical record management of current patient charts.  Oversees all financial aspects both, current processes and future changes that may occur.  Must be willing to cross train and assist other areas as needed with similar type of work activities as listed, and complete other duties as assigned
