    The Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and community-minded Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide PRN coverage at our Dubois Clinic.

    What You'll Do

    As a PRN provider at our Dubois Clinic, you will:

    • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
    • Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and evaluations
    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
    • Order and interpret appropriate laboratory, diagnostic, and imaging studies
    • Prescribe medications and treatments within the scope of practice
    • Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling
    • Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions
    • Identify conditions requiring additional evaluation, specialty care, or a higher level of treatment and make appropriate referrals
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation
    • Provide care in accordance with CHCCW policies, clinical guidelines, quality standards, and applicable laws and regulations
    • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety activities as appropriate
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
    • Provide compassionate, culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population

    Experience in family medicine, primary care, rural healthcare, or community health is preferred.
