PRN LPN or RN for Private Duty Nursing Case

Qualifications Active Florida LPN or RN license required Private-duty home care, home health, assisted living, skilled nursing, or related experience preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a private home setting Professional, reliable, compassionate, and patient Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to obtain TB screening completed within the required timeframe Eligibility for Level 2 AHCA background screening for the State of Florida https://info.flclearinghouse.com . Responsibilities Administer prescribed eye drops as ordered Take and document vital signs as assigned Provide medication reminders and support as appropriate Assist with client safety reminders and routine care needs Observe and report changes in condition, pain, concerns, or safety issues Complete required nursing documentation for each shift Communicate professionally with the office team and client’s family as needed Follow the established care plan and agency policies Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
