What You’ll Be Doing:
As our full-time PTA, you will be on the front lines of restoring mobility, strength, and confidence for our residents.
- Treat & Empower: Implement targeted, evidence-based treatment plans designed by the evaluating PT to address mobility, balance, gait, and pain management.
- Innovate: Carry out specialized programs (like fall prevention and joint replacement recovery) to ensure our patients achieve their highest possible level of independence and success.
- Collaborate: Partner seamlessly with our PTs, alongside COTAs, SLPs, and nursing teams, to deliver cohesive and comprehensive clinical care.
- Educate: Empower patients and their families with the physical tools and knowledge needed for safe discharges and active community integration.
- Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active (or pending) state PTA license in TN.
- Experience: Previous experience in a SNF or adult rehab setting is highly preferred, but a collaborative mindset and passion for patient care are what matter most.
- Skills: Strong clinical execution, empathy, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
