What You’ll Be Doing:
- Evaluate & Treat: Step in to develop and implement care plans focused on restoring function in ADLs and IADLs.
- Support the Team: Help our full-time staff and COTAs maintain excellent continuity of care during periods of high census or staff time off.
- Collaborate: Seamlessly integrate with our in-house PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to ensure a patient-centered approach.
- Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Licensure: Active state OT license in TN.
- Certification: NBCOT certification is required.
- Experience: Previous SNF or adult rehab experience is preferred so you can hit the ground running.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
