    PRN – Clinical Therapist (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or LPTA)

      Gulf Shores, AL | PRN

    Position Summary

    We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented clinicians to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team on a PRN basis. The PRN Clinical Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with developmental, physical, sensory, and communication needs.

    This posting encompasses multiple disciplines, including:

    • Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
    • Occupational Therapist (OT)
    • Physical Therapist (PT)
    • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
    • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA)



    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct evaluations and provide individual or group therapy sessions in accordance with each child’s plan of care.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans designed to improve functional outcomes, participation, and independence.
    • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure continuity and consistency of care.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company policies, state licensing, and payer requirements.
    • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings as needed.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with families, team members, and external providers.
    • Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards set by the applicable licensing board.



    Qualifications

    • Licensure: Current, active license in the state of Alabama as an SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or LPTA (or be in the process of obtaining)
    • Education: Degree from an accredited program in respective field of therapy. **New or upcoming graduates are welcome to apply.**
