How You Will Make a Difference

• • Assess leisure interests and functional skills; write goal‑driven care plans.

• • Lead groups in mindfulness, art/music, movement, and community reintegration skills.

• • Track attendance and outcomes; collaborate with nursing and therapy to reinforce coping plans.

• • Maintain safe spaces and equipment; adapt activities to diverse abilities.

• • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.

• • Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We’re Looking For

• • Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy or related field; NCTRC certification (CTRS).

• • Experience in inpatient psych or substance use treatment preferred.

• • Creative, energetic facilitator with patient‑first mindset.
