Private Wealth Associate (Denver, CO)

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Private Wealth Associate to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4+ years of trusts and estates experience who is looking to work on sophisticated wealth planning, tax, and estate administration matters within a nationally recognized private wealth practice.

The successful candidate will work on a wide range of complex matters, including estate planning, trusts and estates, tax analysis, gift and estate tax return preparation, entity selection and structuring, and governance issues involving LLCs, partnerships, and S-corporations. The role offers significant client contact, project management responsibilities, and the opportunity to work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries.

Responsibilities

  • Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including trusts, wills, and related instruments.
  • Conduct legal research and tax analysis in connection with wealth transfer and estate planning strategies.
  • Prepare and review gift and estate tax returns.
  • Advise clients on entity selection, formation, governance, and succession planning matters.
  • Manage complex projects and maintain direct client relationships.
