Private Pickleball Coach

About the Role: The demand for private Pickleball lessons in Orange County is exploding, and Golden Racket Academy is expanding our local roster to keep up. We are looking for a highly motivated coach to take on new clients across the area, coaching everywhere from the dedicated courts at Portola Springs to premium HOA and community courts across Great Park, Tustin, and Lake Forest. If you want a full schedule without the headache of marketing yourself, we need to talk.

We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group pickleball lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience (pickleball or tennis coaching welcome).
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
