RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRIVATE MARKET RENT SUBSIDY SPECIALIST:
- The Private Market Rent Subsidy Specialist will identify suitable rental properties, coordinate housing searches, and assist with leasing arrangements
- The Private Market Rent Subsidy Specialist will manage lease renewals, tenant income reviews, and landlord communications
- Coordinate annual housing inspections and maintain accurate tenant records using Yardi and internal databases
- Assist with tenant and landlord concerns, rental assistance documentation, and program reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PRIVATE MARKET RENT SUBSIDY SPECIALIST:
- Property management experience, including Fair Housing practices, lease renewals, and work order administration
- Minimum typing speed of 36 WPM and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Valid Ohio driver's license in good standing and ability to pass required background and drug screenings
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software are a plus
