Seeking a motivated leader to oversee banquet operations, supervise staff, execute events, and complete administrative responsibilities including invoicing & billing.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise banquet staff; review BEOs; lead pre-shift meetings; oversee setup, service and breakdown; attend BEO meetings; complete invoicing, billing, event closeout and bar charges; communicate with kitchen, bar and management; train staff; maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Hospitality experience preferred; leadership experience preferred; organized; excellent communication; customer service focused; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
