• Preparing and delivering presentations to the firm's Investment Committee;
• Interacting with investment bankers, lawyers, lenders, and management teams;
• Working closely with the Operations team and portfolio company management to execute initiatives and drive growth at the portfolio companies; and
• Assist in managing and training the investment team analysts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years consulting, private equity, investment banking, and/or corporate finance; Prior PE experience is NOT required
• Ability to assess industry dynamics, strategic positioning, and competitive landscape;
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience and accounting knowledge are preferred;
• Superior academic achievement;
