Position: Private Duty Nurse – LPN/RN
Pay: $40–$42 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time / Per Diem
Patient: 33-year-old male
Setting: One-on-one care in the client’s home


Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LPN or RN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a 33-year-old male client.



Responsibilities include:

•  Provide skilled nursing care according to the established plan of care 
•  Administer medications and treatments as ordered 
•  Monitor the client's condition and report significant changes 
•  Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed 
•  Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation 
•  Follow infection-control and safety procedures 
•  Communicate appropriately with the family and Elevate Care Providers clinical team 

Qualifications:

•  Current Missouri LPN or RN license or qualifying multistate compact license 
•  Current CPR/BLS certification 
•  Private duty or home-care experience preferred 
•  Must complete required background and compliance screenings 
•  Reliable transportation 
•  Dependable attendance 
•  Ability to work independently in a home-care environment 

Pay:$40–$42 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
