The firm has deployed and managed over $5 billion of capital across multiple market cycles, partnering with lower middle market businesses throughout North America through customized debt and equity financing solutions.

Position Overview
The Vice President will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across a variety of transaction types, including:
Working closely with senior investment professionals, the Vice President will lead diligence efforts, evaluate new investment opportunities, oversee transaction execution, and support portfolio company initiatives. The role also includes active participation in investment committee discussions, portfolio reviews, and mentorship of junior team members.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
6-8 years of experience in:
Private Credit
Private Equity
Investment Banking
Leveraged Finance
Corporate Finance or related investing roles
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and credit underwriting capabilities.
Demonstrated transaction execution experience across complex debt and/or equity investments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
