Private Credit Senior Associate

Overview

Our client is a growing Private Credit firm seeking an Senior Associate to join its investment team. This individual will be involved in evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring investment opportunities across a variety of middle-market businesses. The role offers significant exposure to deal evaluation, financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management while working closely with senior investment professionals in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze prospective investment opportunities and perform financial due diligence
• Build and maintain financial models to assess risk and returns
• Participate in deal execution, structuring, and closing processes
• Monitor portfolio company performance and prepare investment updates
• Conduct industry and market research to support investment decisions
• Work closely with senior investment professionals and management teams

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, restructuring, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
• Experience evaluating debt investments, capital structures, and cash flow dynamics
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities
• Strong academic background
