Responsibilities:
This is a remote position however, the individual must reside near Kennett Square, PA for onsite trainiing in the first few weeks.
 
The Patient Accounting Analyst plays a crucial financial role in minimizing bad debt and maximizing revenue to meet Business Excellence goals.
 
*Report to Manager, Private Collections
*Manage Accounts Receivable for non-delinquent and non-estate accounts with the goal to improve Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO), reduce DSO Target Ratio and improve the collection ratio.
*Research and verify all new patient responsible person information.
*Contact patient or responsible party as aged and at the appropriate time present and offer payment options.
*Monitor Cash Receipts Journal for payments.
*Transition accounts for Estate, Probate or Bankruptcy changes to designee.
Qualifications:

*Associate's Degree or 2 years or more of Accounts Receivable experience is required.
*Experience working in high volume environment is required.
*Must have a customer service orientation.

Posted Salary Range: USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
