Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Top retail insurance agency seeks an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager with HNW | Private Client | VIP experience to deliver exceptional service and manage both the new and renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage HNW Personal Lines accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and focus on retention.
Handle new business and renewals, including policy change request, binders, certs, and quoting.
Handle the day-to-day workflow of insurance processing while supporting client needs.
Use agency management system to keep accurate records.

Qualifications:

3+ years in personal lines insurance account management experience with an independent agency.
HNW personal insurance products knowledge and insurance markets (Chubb, AIG, PURE, etc.)
Active P&C license.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
