Overview
Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician (PSTS-2026-26129):
Bowhead seeks a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician to provide Base Telecom Support at Everett, WA. This position will require full-time, on-site work. The Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Technician will provide telecommunications operations and maintenance (O&M). This position will require both in-office and infield experience and duties.
On job and verification training is offered for all full time Bowhead employees after 30 days of employment. This is an onsite position.
Sign on Bonus: $2,500.00

Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in IT or Cybersecurity (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Years of experience
2 years of relevant experience required.
5 years relevant experience is preferred.
Prior experience within DoD networks highly preferred.
Required skills or certifications
COMPTIA Security+
Certification reimbursement will be offered after 30 days of employment
Preferred skills or certifications:
Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS) or equivalent
Nortel Meridian System Administration or equivalent
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent
Key System experience sought:
Mitel
Panasonic
NEC
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Physical Demands:
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
Target pay rate is $43.50 commensurate with experience
