    • Partner with operational leaders to develop corrective action plans and reduce identified privacy and security risks.

    What We're Looking For

    • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.

    • 6–7 years of healthcare privacy, HIPAA, or compliance experience.

    • Strong knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security requirements.

    • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

    • Ability to investigate concerns, analyze findings, and develop practical action plans.

    • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.

    • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.

    • Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach.
