Experience advising companies on U.S. federal and state privacy laws is required.Strong candidates will also have experience with some or all of the following:Developing internal data protection programsConducting privacy assessments and building data mapsPerforming data protection impact assessmentsDrafting privacy policiesNegotiating data processing agreementsAdvising on cutting‑edge or high‑risk privacy issues, such as AI, AdTech, health data, biometric data, and/or kids and teen dataStrong academic credentials are required.
